Go Crispy Online Services Terms and Conditions

(These provisions apply to any online purchases of Go Crispy restaurants that are owned and operated by Ajwan Hospitality and Restaurant Management in Qatar

Important Note: Please read and understand these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully. They include limits on Go Crispy's liability and other provisions that affect your legal rights.

By using any websites, email newsletters, subscriptions and other digital features for which these Terms are published or referred to (“collectively the “Online Services”, you enter into a binding agreement with Ajwan Hospitality Company
(“Go Crispy”, “we” or “us”) in Qatar which are controlled and managed from our main office P.O. 6675 Doha - Qatar.

By accepting these Terms, you understand and accept the GoCrispy Privacy Statement, which is incorporated into and forms an integral part of this Agreement. Our privacy policy statement sets out how we collect, use and share information.

The Online Services are not intended for use by or directed at anyone under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Online Services. If you are at least 18 years old, but you are not yet 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country if different), then you must review these Terms with the assistance of your parent or guardian and they must understand and agree to these Terms in order for you to You use the online services.

If you or your parent or guardian does not agree to these Terms, then you must immediately stop using the Online Services and ask Go Crispy to close any Online Services account you have created. You can request account cancellation by sending an email to (info@gocrispy.com), and please include the account you wish to cancel in the email.

1. An overview of the online services.

Observe the rules of driving on the roads.

When using the Online Services, you must observe the rules of road driving as well as all applicable rules and regulations. The Online Services may not be used while you are driving, behind the wheel or in control of a vehicle that is moving or not parked. For safety reasons at all times, you should use the Online Services only when it is lawful and safe to do so.

You are responsible for your devices and accounts.

You are responsible for any hardware, software, and services required to use the Online Services. Go Crispy does not guarantee that the Internet Services will fully operate on any particular device or using any particular software. You are also responsible for any fees, charges, and taxes for messages and data when you use the Online Services, including when we communicate with you by text message, email, or other means you choose. You may only use the Online Services with devices that you own or control and only using the licensed operating system (ie, Apple's operating system and iPhone OS for Apple devices). If you create an account for the Online Services, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under that account. You may use only one account for the Online Services, and you must keep your account information accurate at all times.

Go Crispy right to update or terminate the Online Services.

You understand and accept (with or without notice) that Go Crispy may update, modify, or terminate the Online Services (or access to them) from time to time, including by sending such updates (or deleting their functionality or access) to any Go Crispy mobile sites. .

Update these terms.

Go Crispy may update these Terms at any time and in its sole discretion. In the event that Joe Crispy makes material changes to the Terms, we will notify you by any reasonable means eg by posting the new Terms on the Online Services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE MODIFIED TERMS, THEN, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USING THE ONLINE SERVICES AND REQUEST Go Crispy to close any Online Services account that you have created. Links to job opportunities in online services.

The online services provide links to job opportunities advertised by Joe Crispy. These opportunities are provided with us and not by The Go Crispy Corporation or its other partners or licensed developers. This means that we are solely responsible for determining job requirements, hiring decisions, and all work-related issues for all of our restaurants.

2. Our information practices and means of communication with you.

These Terms include the Go Crispy Privacy Policy statement which forms part of the Terms. Our privacy policy statement describes the way in which we may collect, use, and share information.

How do we contact you

Through the Online Services, you may choose to receive emails or text messages sent to the mobile number you provide to Go Crispy and through which you receive its notifications. When you choose whichever means of communication you wish, you understand and accept that you will receive marketing, business and other communications from Go Crispy. Go Crispy has the right to use the information you provide us to communicate with you, according to a statement

Withdrawing from social media in general.

You have a choice in how we contact you. You can generally find your preferred methods of contact regarding instructions for how to opt-out in the profile section of the online services you are using. You may also be able to change your preferred methods of communication using your device settings. In addition, our means of communication may include opting out. You understand and accept that you may need to manage your preferred methods of communication with us separately for each method of communication. For example, if you choose not to receive marketing-related emails, you will still receive marketing-related text messages if you choose to receive them. While we do our best to show you convenient ways to control your preferred methods of communication, you may need to set your preferred methods individually for each Online Service. Please note that in connection with account matters and transactional communications, the only way to stop communications is by closing your Online Services account. Finally, please note that if you receive messages from non-Franchise Go Crispy, then you must choose to opt out of them directly.

Additional information via text messages.

When you participate in any of our text messaging programs, you understand and accept the receipt of text messages from the automated system. Also, you understand and accept that you do not have to obtain your consent to make any purchases. In the event that you wish to withdraw your consent and unsubscribe, please send a text message containing the word (STOP) or contact us via info@gocrispy.com.

3. Go Crispy Offers / Bonuses

These terms apply to the Go Crispy Loyalty Rewards Program.

Eligibility and registration.

To register for the Go Crispy Rewards Program, you must register an account to use the Online Services. Customers who registered an account to use the Online Services prior to the launch of the Go Crispy Rewards Program may register by continuing to use the Online Services on or after the launch date
[Go Crispy Rewards Program].

How to earn points.

You will earn points [based on the value of the eligible purchase at a rate of [1 point for every 1 QR].

You earn points on an eligible purchase "by ordering from the site"

If you do not follow this process at the time of purchase, you will not earn Points or be entitled to claim Points. There may be a delay before the points you earn are added to your account.

Additional campaigns or promotions.

Go Crispy Qatar may, from time to time, offer additional campaigns that allow you to earn Double Points in new and different ways. More information regarding any additional campaign or promotions is available in the context of this campaign or promotion.

Maximum points that can be earned.

Your account can have a maximum of 9,999 points ("Rewards Limit") at any one time. If making an eligible purchase results in the reward cap being exceeded, you will not earn points above the reward cap.

Redeem your points

You can redeem your Go Crispy Qatar points at any of the participating restaurants or get free products from the rewards list (“Collection(s)”). You must use Go Crispy to convert your points into an offer of your choice from the list of rewards.

Rewards list.

Collectible products and the number of points required for each are included in the rewards list on the site.

Points expire.

Points expire at the end of the month after one year of earning them.

Refund

Go Crispy Qatar has the right to cancel points at any time if the products are returned for any reason and refund the full or part amount. This also applies to redeeming products, unless the redemption is against products of the same value as points.

suspicious activities

Go Crispy Qatar may take any action it deems appropriate, including canceling or suspending your account and accrued points if we detect any suspicious activity on your account including but not limited to:

1. engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities;

2. provide or attempt to provide false or misleading information, or misrepresent information to Joe Crispy Qatar or Participating Restaurants;

3. sell, assign, transfer, acquire, offer to sell, assign, transfer or otherwise obtain any reward, interest or points other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or

4. Excessive earning (by fraud or other means).

Miscellaneous provisions.

Points have no monetary value. Points are not transferable.

General Provisions.

You can only have one [Go Crispy Rewards] account at a time.

You are responsible for updating any change of name, email or other details as soon as possible after the change. Go Crispy Qatar is not responsible for any failure on the part of the Customer to update any details in accordance with this clause.

Go Crispy Qatar reserves the right to terminate the Offer or the Loyalty Program if it is unable to operate it due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Go Crispy Qatar reserves the right not to accept Offer Vouchers / Loyalty Rewards or Loyalty Points] if it believes, in its reasonable discretion, that the Site or the Offer Vouchers / Loyalty Rewards or Loyalty Points has been tampered with.

The account is automatically terminated upon the death of the account holder. Points or loyalty rewards earned and not yet redeemed will be forfeited. Go Crispy will close the Go Crispy Rewards account upon notification of the death of the account holder. Go Crispy will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by any person as a result of such closure.

Go Crispy Qatar retains at all times ownership of all materials and advertisements relating to the [Offers and/or Loyalty Program as well as all intellectual property rights in the materials and advertisements of the Offers Vouchers and/or Loyalty Program.

Participation in the Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and their interpretation under the law and jurisdiction provided for in the laws and regulations of Qatar.

You agree that the following will not be considered an appropriate participation in the Offer Coupons and/or Loyalty Program:

Any purchase (including via a third party (such as eBay)), sale, offer to sell, give away or other transaction in connection with the Site, Offer Coupons, and/or Loyalty Program except as expressly permitted in these Terms ,

any use for any purpose, except as expressly permitted in these Terms, of Go Crispy advertisements, or a feature taken from such advertisements and/or the intellectual property rights in such advertisements,

Any breach by you of these Terms.

No provisions in these Terms will affect your statutory rights. Go Crispy Qatar may (in its sole discretion) refuse to enter into any communications except as otherwise set forth in these Terms.

All instructions, terms and conditions of any advertising or promotional materials relating to this promotion form part of these Terms, but in the event of a conflict, these Terms shall control all other instructions and terms and conditions. The expressions defined above shall have the same meanings when used in the instructions and other terms and conditions where the context permits.

Promoter: Go Crispy Ajwan Hospitality Company P.O. 6675, Doha-Qatar] You may, at any time, cancel your account by selecting “Delete Account” in the Profile section of the Site. After the cancellation is confirmed, all offers and loyalty points/loyalty rewards accrued in your account will expire immediately. Accordingly, Go Crispy recommends that Customer Members carefully plan all cancellations in order to avoid unintended loss of Points. Once it expires, points cannot be redeemed.

Buy products directly from restaurants.

When you redeem offers [or Points,], you redeem them directly from the Website and the contract for the supply of products is between you and the restaurant accepting your order (not with Go Crispy Corporation, nor any other members of the Go Crispy System). The restaurant where you collect your products is responsible for preparing and serving the products to you. The participating restaurant is owned and operated by Ajwan Hospitality Company. You understand and agree that you are purchasing directly from restaurants (not Go Crispy Corporation or any other members of the Go Crispy System) and that neither Go Crispy Corporation nor any other Go Crispy Company has any liability arising from or related to any products you purchase from restaurants that use the demand. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, agents, representatives, agencies, their officers, directors and employees, collectively referred to as "Members of Go Crispy System".

About the products included in the online services.

All products are available at the restaurant where you pick up your order. Some restaurants do not sell all products. Pictures of products and packaging in the Online Services are samples only and may not match the product or packaging you receive from a restaurant. Differences may be due to the color display of your device or factors such as components used, supplier, country region, and season of the year.

Overview of prices upon request.

Each restaurant sets its own prices [and independently applies the local sales tax rate or any fees required by law]. Some offers and prices may not be available for all orders in all locations. If you discover an error in the price of a product charged to you, please contact the restaurant where you purchased the product to recover the difference.

Refunds and Consumer Rights. If you wish to request a refund for any reason, including if the products are unsatisfactory or for other reasons, please contact the restaurant where you purchased the product regarding any amounts owed to you. Your statutory rights in this respect will not be affected by anything contained in these Terms.

4. Ownership and Licenses for Online Services

Ownership of the intellectual property rights belong to Go Crispy.

Any and all rights in and to the Online Services are and remain the exclusive property of Go Crispy or its licensors. For clarity, the Online Services includes any and all of the content of the Online Services, without limitation; Text, images, graphics, logos, headers, keycodes, images, audio clips, video clips, data and other materials (collectively, the “Content”) as well as any portion of the Online Services. The Online Services are licensed and will not be sold to you. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or grant such rights to you. You may not take any action that would jeopardize, limit or interfere with the rights of Go Crispy or its licensors.

License you to use the Online Services.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and final license to use the Online Services for your personal use only and for non-commercial purposes only in accordance with these Terms. For clarity, "use" includes access, interaction, and viewing. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise, except for the licenses and rights expressly set forth herein. Go Crispy reserves all other rights.

Brand information.

Trademarks and all pictorial elements including; The look and feel of the Online Services are the distinctive and protected trademarks or trade dress of Go Crispy or its licensors. Also, the Online Services may include various third party names, trademarks, and service marks that are the property of their respective owners.

5. User submitted and unsolicited ideas

User Provided Material

Certain Online Services may allow you to submit comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, images, photographs, inquiries, complaints, or other information posted or transmitted to Go Crispy through the Online Services (collectively, "Submissions"). You understand that; By submitting any information to Go Crispy through the Online Services, you grant Go Crispy a perpetual, final, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and assignable license to use, extract, distribute, sublicense to third parties, modify, translate, prepare derivative works from, publicly display and publicly perform the submitted materials including its use for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever without your consent or compensation to you or any other person, including its use for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever without your consent or compensation to you or any other person. Go Crispy is not required to deal confidentially with any material submitted to it.

Go Crispy policy is not to take unsolicited ideas into account. And while we appreciate that you take the time to think about Go Crispy, we can't review new ideas outside of the Go Crispy system. You expressly waive any and all claims against Go Crispy and members of the Go Crispy System in connection with the consideration, use, or development of Go Crispy for any product, idea, or material similar to or identical to your present or future presentation. 6. Acceptable Uses and Limitations of the Online Services

Acceptable uses and other restrictions.

In connection with the Online Services (which includes Content), you may not and may not allow third parties to:

a) use the Online Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;

b) delete or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices;

c) seek ownership or title to the Online Services, including the Content;

d) use, copy, distribute, republish, disclose, upload to the Site, transfer or transmit in any commercial manner the Online Services.

e) rent, lease, sell, sublicense, loan, translate, merge, adapt, assign, assign, combine or incorporate the Online Services into any other programs or services;

f) deconstruct, decompile, reverse-structure, copy in source form or clause code, or create derivative works based on the Online Services;

g) Transfer, provide, export or re-export the Online Services in violation of embargo, trade sanctions, technology control or export laws and regulations

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

Go Crispy Limitation of Liability.

Go Crispy (and any other Go Crispy member) will not be liable or responsible for any direct or indirect loss of profits, lost business or special, indirect, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages, including loss of data or injury Personal or proprietary damages relating to or arising from the Online Services. Go Crispy provides the Online Services "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.

The Online Services may contain errors. Go Crispy provides the Online Services on an "AS IS" BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Go Crispy disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Go Crispy does not warrant or make any representation that the Online Services will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Online Services are free of viruses or harmful components. YOU ASSUME ENTIRE RESPONSIBILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE ONLINE SERVICES BY YOU. The only action you may take against v for dissatisfaction with the Online Services is to discontinue their use. This determination is an integral part of the negotiation between the two parties.

Third party services.

The Online Services may allow you to access or allow you to use third party website services, downloadable materials, content, social networks, or other digital services (collectively, “Third Party Services”). Events out of control.

Go Crispy and other members of the Go Crispy Scheme shall have no liability for Go Crispy's failure to comply with its obligations under these Terms and as a result of any incident and in connection with any incident beyond Go Crispy's reasonable control. If such an event occurs, then Go Crispy obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event; Go Crispy is entitled; Without being obligated to do so, it makes every effort to find a solution to observe its obligations under these notwithstanding the incident.

8. Miscellaneous provisions.

Go Crispy makes no representation that the Online Services are appropriate or available outside of Qatar. If you use the Online Services from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar without regard to any principles of conflict of law.
These terms are available in Arabic and English. Any translation of the Terms into another language is solely for convenience, and to the extent that there is no conflict with any translations, the English version shall prevail.
Upon termination of these Terms or your permission to use the Online Services, all rights granted to you under the Terms will cease; However, these Terms will continue to apply to your prior use of the Online Services and for anything relating to or arising out of such use. Upon termination, all rights of Go Crispy and Go Crispy members, including all intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, and licenses in these Terms, shall survive all restrictions on use, and all limitations of liability and disclaimers.
All terms and conditions contained in these Terms are severable and indivisible and shall apply separately. In the event that any of them are illegal, void or invalid, then the remaining terms and conditions will remain in effect and in force.
If Go Crispy fails to insist that you comply with your obligations under these Terms or Go Crispy does not enforce its rights against you, or delays in doing so, this does not mean that Go Crispy has waived its rights against you, nor will it mean that you will not comply with these obligations.
Go Crispy may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another organization or entity, but only provided that this does not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. You may assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person if written consent is obtained from
Go Crispy.
